I already had 3 loaf pans but Amazon was doing a 4 for 3 Cuisinart bakeware special. I was buying new cake pans and figured I'd add the loaf pan as my free one. I am so glad I did! It is now my #1 loaf pan. I have done a banana bread and zucchini bread in it and they cooked evenly without overbrowning the top, and popped right out after the initial 10 minute cooling period. EASY to clean too. I hand wash all my non-stick bakeware and everything came right off with warm soapy water and a sponge. I hope the cake pans are this great too.

My biggest disappointment is that this pan scratches and rusts. I would recomment trying the Chicago Metallic loaf pans.

This pan works amazingly well. Heat is well distributed and bakes bread evenly. No need to even grease/oil the pan, as the bread always just pops right out.

The Cuisinart Classic loaf pan is absolutely fantastic. We are trying to eat healthier and our last bread pan ruined our loaves. The non-stick surface of this pan needs just a wee bit of oil and, voila, out pops a perfect loaf of bread! The pan is a good deal at this price.

Love..Love..Love these pans!!
I bought two of these pans as most recipes for loaves take two pans.
The very first time I baked lemon cakes in these they came out Spectacular!...Golden tops..evenly baked...I could not be happier...after that ...I went looking for more pieces of this bakeware...bought 4...9 inch rounds on a 4 for 3 and gave two as gifts...If you are looking to replace your bakeware..give some serious thought to this line...its heavy duty, and very well made!
